Programs
At Go Light Technical Services LTD, we offer structured programs designed to equip learners and clients with practical skills and industry-ready outputs.
Apprenticeship & Skills Training Program
We offer hands-on training opportunities for youth and entry-level workers interested in welding and fabrication. Trainees work alongside our skilled technicians to learn real-world techniques and safety standards. The program builds both practical skills and industry readiness, opening doors to employment or self-employment. Graduates receive a certificate of participation and recommendation support for job placement.
Women in Welding Initiative.
This program empowers women to enter the welding and metal fabrication trade through inclusive, supportive training. It includes both theory and practice, with mentorship from experienced female professionals where possible. We aim to break gender barriers and promote diversity within the skilled trades industry. Participants gain technical skills and confidence to pursue careers or start small businesses.
Safety & Compliance Awareness Program
Safety is at the core of everything we do, and this program is designed to promote workplace safety and regulatory compliance. We offer workshops and sessions focused on welding safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), fire prevention, and equipment handling. This program is ideal for both internal staff and external clients or institutions that need safety training. Participants receive up-to-date safety materials and a certificate of attendance.
Community-Based Fabrication Projects
We collaborate with schools, local governments, and organizations on projects that improve infrastructure and offer practical learning experiences. These include building school gates, community benches, signage frames, and water tank stands. The projects provide a platform for young welders to gain experience while serving their communities. They also strengthen our ties with local leaders and contribute to sustainable development.
